The history of Rovertrans began in 1990 at Zurich Airport. Robert Véricat and François Egli founded the company with a clear vision: to create an alternative to the large logistics service providers that would be characterised by personal service, flexibility and security.

Shortly after the company was founded, Heinz Huber joined the team – an experienced specialist in the field of air freight. Together, the three founders brought over 100 years of professional experience to the table. They had previously held leading positions at Lamprecht Luftfracht. Their comprehensive knowledge of international transport law, air freight and valuables logistics formed the basis for Rovertrans.

From the outset, the company has focused on the highest security standards. By closely observing the factors of uncertainty in global goods traffic, a system was developed that integrates legal, technical and organisational security measures into the transport process.

Today, Rovertrans AG is an established name in the industry – with a service centre that responds specifically to individual customer needs and wishes.
